The University of Caloocan City (UCC) has once again proven its commitment to academic excellence after being conferred a Certificate of Recognition by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for its outstanding performance in the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), Elementary Level.

UCC proudly ranked Ninth (9th) Place nationwide in the category of schools with 50 to 99 examinees, achieving an impressive 94.23% passing rate, with 49 passers out of 52 examinees—well above the passing percentage. This distinction places UCC among the top-performing Schools, Colleges, and Universities across the country.

This achievement highlights the strength of UCC’s Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECED) and teacher education programs, reflecting the university’s steadfast mission to produce competent, compassionate, and highly qualified educators ready to serve the nation.

The University of Caloocan City extends its heartfelt congratulations to its LET passers, faculty members, administrators and the entire academic community. This milestone shows perseverance but also a reaffirmation of UCC’s role as a leading institution in teacher education and public service.

Padayon, UCC—toward greater heights in academic excellence!
