One of the most requested concerns raised by students during the Kamustahan Session of the Officer-in-Charge of University of Caloocan City in both North and South Campuses has been officially addressed last October 19, 2025.

With the full support of the Board of Regents, led by Hon. Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan, the University Officer-in-Charge Atty. Jessamine Jared S. Nas has formally released the Official ID Policy, Dress Code, and Policy on Self-Expressions— a significant step toward fostering inclusivity, professionalism, and mutual respect within the community of University.

This newly implemented set of policies reflects the administration’s commitment to building a campus environment where every UCCian can freely express themselves while upholding the standards of discipline and decency expected in a professional and academic setting.

Through these guidelines, the University continues to strengthen its dedication to student welfare and empowerment, ensuring that every voice raised in dialogue—like those heard during the Kamustahan Sessions—translates into concrete actions and progressive reforms.

Indeed, this milestone marks another stride in the University’s mission to cultivate a harmonious, inclusive, and forward-looking academic community, where respect and individuality coexist to form the foundation of true UCCian excellence.
